Chartlayer is a tool for making raster charts using imgkap. In capture mode, scroll to area of interest, name your map, then click on Capture to download the satellite image. Click Save to download the KAP header text, then run imgkap as shown. In overlay mode, enter the URL to your image then adjust the bounding box so the image is aligned on the map. Toggle the overlay on/off to align features or adjust the opacity to make the chart image more or less transparent.
